A PTCA balloon dilatation catheter (Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty, PTCA) is a medical device used to treat coronary artery disease. It consists of a catheter with a small balloon that can be delivered to the coronary arteries of the heart, especially to areas where blood flow is restricted due to narrowing or blockage. By inflating the balloon, the walls of the blood vessels can be flattened, thereby enlarging the diameter of the vessels, improving blood flow, reducing angina attacks, and possibly preventing heart attacks.
The ultra-low distal tip profile enhances crossability inchallenging lesions
Available in balloon diameters ranging from 1.25 mm to5.00 mm to meet versatile procedural needs.A hydrophilic coating reduces pushing force and ensuressuperior pushability
The tri-fold design minimizes the balloon profile size, improving crossability.
